capisco che ti faccia schifo, forse l'hai provata col "metodo strong" da 5gr o più. Quel metodo provoca nausea, anche se sballa parecchio.

Inoltre devi grattuggiarla tu, non devi comprare quella già grattuggiata sennò gli olii essenziali e principi attivi non ci sono.

io ho scaldato una caraffa di latte 2 min. in microonde e poi ho grattuggiato 1 o 2 quarti di noce e l'ho messa nel latte e poi ho aggiunto lo zucchero.
Ha un ottimo sapore.
Mezz'ora fa ho iniziato una seconda caraffa.
Praticamente, dalla prima caraffa non ho quasi mai smesso di scrivere

Ti consiglio di provare in un pomeriggio soleggiato. Luce spettacolare, ambiente da favola (visti i colori, mancano solo gli gnomi ).
Non è nulla di sconvolgente, solo ricorda che se devi fare lavori di concentrazione oppure studiare, potrebbe non essere il massimo (fa venir voglia di fare altre cose, tipo parlare di politica/filosofia su un forum oppure sdraiarsi e stare ad occhi chiusi al buio per vedere cose assurde con la mente)

Non credo d'aver mai provato la "vera Ecstasy" ai tempi in cui frequentavo assiduamente discoteche (le pastiglie, prese alcune volte, non sò manco che contenessero.. ) ma forse l'effetto (anche se in maniera + leggera) è questo.. boh

Hanno assunto 3 Tsp (che credo siano cucchiai da tè) ed hanno ottenuto fino a quel punto (parte qua quotata) un effetto simile al dosaggio che ho usato io.
Solo che io ho usato un dosaggio ben minore: ho usato a far una quantità pari a un cucchiaino da tè, in tutto.
Di solito ad ogni dosaggio uso molto meno di mezzo cucchiaino per volta ad ogni dosaggio.
Per questo, anche stavolta , lo sballo c'è ma non starò male.

avvertenza: non sottovalutare la sete! Credo che abbia un ruolo non secondario, nei casi documentati andati male.
La scorsa volta che l'ho usata qualche giorno di fila una mattina mi son svegliato che avevo la gola secchissima. poi ho subito bevuto molta acqua e lo sballo è continuato tranquillamente senza intoppi e nessun malessere.

l'altra volta ho anche provato a fumarla in qualche sigaretta ma non capivo se l'effetto derivava solo dal latte+nutmeg o anche dalla nutmeg fumata
